Envision Edmonton’s newsletter, Momentum has now been released. This month Envision
gives everyone a reminder on how we got to where we are today and a timeline on how
things took place. Our Chairman, Charles Allard talks about the effect that closing the
Edmonton City Centre Airport will have on all Albertans medical care, including those that live
in Edmonton. Megan Perras gets “Up Close with Doug Elniski”, MLA for Edmonton-Calder
and Dr. Kerry Pawluski writes his first of a regular monthly column from a doctor’s perspective
on Medevac.
This month’s newsletter also contains a reprint of an article originally run by the Peace River
Record Gazette where MLA Frank Oberle refers to the City of Edmonton’s decision to close
the City Centre Airport “Incredibly Stupid”. A dedicated volunteer of Envision Edmonton
also submitted a prayer for 2012.
